Your responsibility
- Gestion des salaires de A à Z, y compris les indemnités pour maladie/accident, les congés maternité/paternité, les allocations familiales et les modifications salariales.
- Gestion autonome de l'administration RH : gestion des entrées et sorties, mises à jour salariales et documentation associée.
- Communication avec les institutions de sécurité sociale et les autorités.
- Contribution aux processus de paie mensuels et annuels, y compris les déclarations fiscales.
- Interlocuteur principal pour les questions des employés relatives à la paie et responsable de l'émission des certificats de salaire et certificats employeur.
Your profile
- Formation RH achevée ; une formation complémentaire en salaires/assurances sociales est un atout.
- Expérience exigée en gestion des salaires et administration RH.
- Maîtrise de MS Office ; la connaissance de SAP est un plus.
- Excellente compréhension de la CCT de l'hôtellerie-restauration suisse indispensable.
- Français langue maternelle, anglais courant ; l'allemand est un atout.
- Autonome, structuré(e) et orienté(e) service.
- Poste à 50% réparti sur 5 jours – idéal pour un bon équilibre vie professionnelle/vie privée.
