Your responsibility

  • Lead and oversee the food program operations for our client, Google, at their site, managing a team of approximately 250 employees. Ensure seamless execution, exceptional service, and consistent alignment with Google's expectations.
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring adherence to financial targets while managing all financial responsibilities and related projects in alignment with company and client standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, guiding the strategic direction to align with their evolving needs and expectations
  • Take responsibility for fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement in culinary initiatives, while providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership that enhance day-to-day operations and support long-term success
  • Lead by example to achieve business goals while fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning, ensuring the professional development and advancement of all team members

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in similar roles within matrix organizations, including managing accounts or teams with responsibility for approximately 250 employees, and with international exposure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and navigate complex stakeholder relationships across international arenas and at all levels of management
  • Strong expertise in financial management, process optimization, and quality management, with a proven track record in the food service or hotel industry, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to enhancing efficiency and driving customer-focused results.
  • You are a passionate hospitality leader with strong leadership skills, demonstrating an empathetic and inclusive approach that drives success in teams of large sizes within complex environments, fostering a collaborative, positive work culture
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English, with strong skills in common IT applications
